A Piece Of The Past

It's ours! Again! Twenty years after selling it, we've bought it back. Now to get it in shape. That will mostly be having the lot next door selectively thinned out and the landscaping brought back to the way we left it. Not a thing has been done to any of the lakefront. As an investment, we should easily be able to turn it around in a few years and make a few bucks, but mostly, it will be fun working near the lake again. Still have to go through the inspection but we've already done our own and know that it's a well built house, just needs some TLC. More later...
