The weather was better than we could have asked for. Blue skies, temps warm enough for a romp in the leaves and a row on the lake.
Anything would have tasted good on the deck with just enough fall color left to be perfect. I cooked the turkey at home and took it to the lake with some quick fixin's... couldn't have worked out better, it was delicious. Thought about all of you and wished you could be with us but there will be plenty of other opportunities and we know you all had a great time and good food where ever you spent the day.
