Mt. Magazine Butterfly Festival

You might check out the three little specks in the photo above. Yes that's Joe, Lisa and McKenna. The Mount Magazine Butterfly festival was a great success! Below are a few photos. The one above was taken by the tourism photographer. This shot is a work in progress. We will probably try it again in the fall (color!) and go even wider. This is an area called Cameron Bluff. We camped a few hundred yards from this spot last year. Below are more photos of the weekend with Lisa's Mom, Mark, and us. It was a good weekend. Unfortunately we didn't quite get the photo we were looking for up there. Clouds kept obscuring the sunset (you can see one photo where I attempted to move a cloud). No luck.
