Because of this moment in time, this crooked tree will forever be known as "Lauren's Tree." This photo was taken after we'd moved to New Orleans and we'd returned to finish the move after the house sold. Lauren & family were visiting at the same time.
And then some time later, the look sort of changed. We had a hard time even locating the tree at first.
The tree grew up... and out, taking part of the seawall with it. Lauren grew up too. These photos enlarge.One more day with the red tractor crew of two... and the leaning tree over the boathouse comes down... hope to get some good pics, it should be an adventure.
